I’m a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with concentrations in Information Systems and Business Analytics. I will be joining the New York City Deloitte Consulting team as a Business Technology Analyst in July of 2019 and cannot wait to get started!
In the past, I worked at Silicon Valley Bank in Broomfield, Colorado as a Credit Solutions Intern, assisting with portfolio management and underwriting loans to technology companies in the Rocky Mountain region. Prior to that, I interned at the Philanthropiece Foundation, a non-profit in Longmont, Colorado.
I was very involved on campus during my time at BC. I served on the Executive Council of the Undergraduate Government of Boston College (UGBC) as the Chair of the Board of Student Organizations. In this capacity, I managed the application process for around 40 prospective student organizations each year. I also spent two years on the executive board of Start@Shea, the student-led branch of BC’s entrepreneurship initiative. Additionally, I was a TA for Digital Technologies, a business course in which students learn both Microsoft Excel and novel ways modern businesses are employing emerging technologies. During the Summer of 2017, I was also a TA for a SQL-based course on big data while working part-time as a camp counselor at a local rock climbing gym.
A notable project I tackled during my time at BC was the reconstruction of PEPS, a peer-driven, SQL-based professor evaluation system that allows students to find the most highly-rated professors at BC.
Outside of school, I love rock climbing and following my beloved Denver sports teams. I hope to channel my passions for problem-solving and technology so that I can make a tangible contribution to a company that is paving the way to a better future.
